Virtually all of your "chores" are taken care of by Sterling Court's professional staff so that residents need to worry about nothing but their social calendar.

Our monthly service fee includes:

• Luxury accommodations of apartments & studios.
• Healthy gourmet dinners.
• Weekly housekeeping and linen services.
• Secure underground parking
• Transportation for your scheduled appointments and our many offsite activities.
• Regular and urgent support and maintenance of your home.

* Note that there is no long-term lease required for move in. Only a small security deposit is needed. Rent is guaranteed for at least one year and tenants may cancel at any time with just a thirty day notice.

** Also note that a very reasonable $700 monthly fee is all that applies for a second occupant (spouse or roommate) in our Independent Living offering.
